Darren took the time to review and discuss Rainbow Concrete’s needs, and establish a reasonable timeline and strategy for our company. Through discussion with our management, Focus came up with a new structure that not only changed our sales system, but also changed the culture in how we view things. In addition to establishing a new roadmap, they continue to make themselves available for support and training for our entire team, as required.
